专题制图软件在环境地理信息系统中的应用──以嘉兴市为例

An Application of Thematic Mapping Solfware on Environmental Geographic Information System──A Case Study of Jiaxian City

环境地理信息系统是现代化城市管理的重要手段，随着我国十个省市环境信息中心的建立，一些城市已着手建立环境信息系统及其研究。为避免重复投入，对硬软件环境，编码系统及数据源等一系列规范的制订已是刻不容缓的任务。本文介绍了专题制图软件ＡＴＬＡＳＧＲＡＰＨＩＣＳ的基本功能与操作及其在嘉兴市（市区）环境保护信息系统中的建立与应用的设计，系统以城市生态为出发点，将经济、社会、环境等有关数据按空间坐标输入到计算机，实现存储、更新、查询、检索、图形显示功能，为环境保护规划提供了一种现代化手段。最后对城市环境信息系统建立的一些问题提出了积极的建议。

Environmental geographic information system (EGIS)is an important tool in modern urban management. As ten environmental information centers of provinces and munipulaties have been built,research and application of EGIS are being done by some cities.To avoid repetitive works,it is necessary to make a series of regulations for hardware environment,coding system and data sources. The basic functions and operations of ATLAS*GRAPHICS thematic mapping solfware and its use in the design of environmental protection system of Jiaxian City are introduced.With a view of urban ecology, data related to economy, society, environment etc. areput into compute to realize store, update,query, retrieve and graphic showing. The system provides a modernization method for environmental protection, some active suggestions to establish EGIS are proposed.
