利用小麦5B效应引入外源基因的研究──(Ⅰ)易位系的培育

摘要 durum小麦的代换系di-sub5D(5B)与添加系di-adde4ts杂交,再用di-sub5D(5B)进行回交。在自交后代中选育出了易位系1032。该易位系染色体数2n=28,表现型为非蜡质(nonwaxy)。这一结果证明厂在durum小麦中也可以利用5B染色体效应。通过诱发部份同源染色体间的配对,获得易位体。 The ditelosomic addition of the short arm of Elytrigia elongata chromosome e4, located a wax inhibitor gene (WI) to Triticum durum L. cv. Stewart, was crossed with the disomic substitution SD(5B) of durum wheat. Then the F1-plants were back-crossed by the disomic substitution 5D(5B). Among the selfed progeny a plant was selected which had 28 chromosomes and showed nonwaxy phenotype. The line 1032 was obtained as selfed progenies of this plant.Our results suggest that: (1) homoeologous pairing is promoted when it is short of 5B chromosome; and (2) recombination can induce to transfer the nonwaxy phenotype from chomosome e4ts to its homoeologous durum wheat chromosome.
