摘要 本文根据动力燃烧炉烧嘴的理论和实践,研究了六种新型燃煤喷枪冷态时的流场规律,指出它们具有强化煤氧混合、稳定着火和提高燃烧率的优良热工特性,其中以Ⅱ型、Ⅰ型和Ⅳ型最优;新型燃煤喷枪的关键是在直吹管内配置一种旋流器。 Based On the theory and practice of burner of power burning-furnace,this paper deals with fluidized- field distribution taws of six latest types of coal-burner guns in cool state, and points out that they possess the good heat performance including improvment in the mixture of coal with oxygen, stabiliztion in the firing and increase in the rate of combustibility.These gun is composed of the spray gun used in blast furnace and the blow pipe with a spinning derice
