本文推导了卷取机跑偏（ＥＰＣ）系统的传递函数，分析了影响其动态特性的因素，提出了增大卷重后改善其动态特性的方法。
This article derives the transfer function of EPC system for wrapping machine analyzes elements affecting dynamic characteristic of EPC system and gives the method of improving dynamic characteristic after load increase of Steel wreath
