焦化废水萃取脱酚同时回收粗吡啶的研究 被引量:1

摘要 对萃取脱酚溶剂(粗苯)及氨水中粗吡啶分布进行了测定,并采用蒸馏法富集粗吡啶。试验结果表明,粗吡啶能富集于100℃后的粗苯重质馏分中;该重质馏分经酸洗,粗吡啶萃取率达90%;已酸洗重质馏分与氨水的体积比为1:2的条件下,氨水中粗吡啶的萃取率达70%左右。 We measure the distributions of crude pyridine in light oil and ammonia liquor.and carry out the richening experiments of crude pyridine with the fractionation method. The experiments show that crude pyridine can be richened in the residual oil over 100℃Recovery efficiency of crude pyridiner rises to 90% when the oil is already cleaned with acid before it is processed in, and this recovery efficency is commonly around 70% for aqueous ammonia liquor when oil extractive volume ratio to ammonia volume 1:2.
