摘要 本文研究了冲压钢压平缝焊接头在焊态及CAPL 退火态下的组织性能及高、中温力学行为。结果表明,飞溅及未焊合裂纹是降低接头强度的灾难性焊接缺陷;若发生了再结晶,接头强度高于母材,反之.接头强度低于母材。 Experiments were conducted on the microstructure and mechanical properties for mash seam welded joints of drawable steel in welding or annealing state. Themechanical behaviour of the joints at high temperature was also investigated. The results demonstrated that crack resulted from spash or incomplete fussion is a defecttremendously reducing the joint Strength Joint strength is higher than base metal inrecrystallized state. and lower than base metal in non-recrystallized state.
