摘要
本文应用于冷轧厂ＣＡＰＬ机组高速多通道微机检测系统，采样信号为炉内辊电机电流、带钢张力，速度等一百多路信号。并在线检测断带信号，提供断带分析数据。内容包括系统硬件构成、软件功能和特点。
This paper introduces data acquisition system with a high speed multichannels applied to CAPL. The sampling channels are over 100 and the sampling signal includes motor current in the furnace. strip tension and strip speed etc. The system can detect strip break signal on line and process strip break the data.
