计算机在化工生产过程中pH值控制的应用研究

在化工生产过程中，有些化学反应需要在一定的ｐＨ值下才能顺利实现．而溶液的ｐＨ值受许多因素的影响，它随酸碱浓度的变化呈严重的非线性反应，因而在各种不断变化的生产环境下，保持溶液ｐＨ值的稳定不是一件容易的事情。本文介绍了电镀生产过程中，如何采用计算机对镀镍液的ｐＨ值进行控制的一种应用研究．我们在五羊自行车厂电镀车间用计算机采用大林算法对镀镍液的ｐＨ值进行控制，以代替原来的人工控制，取得了相当满意的效果。

In this paper, an example about applying computer to solve the problem of pH control in electroplate is introduced. It is important that the pH remain stable in some process of production in chemical industry. It is not easy to keep the pH stable because of heavy nonline of variations of pH and easy to be disturbed by many factors. We have applied computer to the pH control of electroplate in Guangzhou Five-Ram Bicycle Factory and got good effects.
