摘要
本文根据流变学原理建立了磨料流加工圆孔时磨料流动形态的数学模型,利用照相法对流动形态进行的分析结果表明:边界层磨粒与加工面相对滑动量及剪切应力越大,其加工效果越好.实验结果与理论分析的结论基本一致。
Based on the theory of polymer rheology, the mathematical model of abrasive flow machining (AFM) was established during round hole polishing, and the flowing state of the abrasive flow machining was analysed by photographic method. The results show that the greater the shear stress and the relative slide between machined surface and the abrasive grains on the boundry layer, the better the machining effects.
