摘要
本文研究PTA—ADA(Aliphalicdihyricacid)-EG多组分非均相体系的酯化反应,测算其酯化反应速率,分析了影响非均相酯化反应的诸因素。研究结果表明,酯化反应速率随反应温度的增加而增加,503K时酯化速率为5.0270H2Omol×10 ̄(-4)S ̄(-1),523K时酯化速率增为10.2600H2Omol×10 ̄(-4)S ̄(-1),不同种类的ADA及其加入量对酯化反应亦有影响;随着ADA的碳链原子数增加及加入量增加,酯化反应速率减慢;采用不同的催化剂,酯化反应速率亦不相同。
In this paper, multicomponent esterification of PTA(pure terephthalic acid)-ADA (aliphalic diliydric acid)-EG(ethylene glycol) in a heterogeneous system is reported. The reaction rate estimated increases from 0.6497 H2O·g/min to 1.6543 H2O .g/min as the temperature rising from 503k to 523k. The reaction rate is affected by the ADA weight added into the system and the number of carbon atoms in ADA molecules, the longer carbon chain and the more the ADA amount, the lower the esterification rate. Different esterification rates were observed with different catalysts.
