摘要
本文研究了纤维素/多聚甲醛/二甲基亚矾(Cell/PF/DMSO)纺丝原液的制备及溶解时甲醛的回收。同时探讨了原液的粘度,原液中粒子分布,原液的流变性、稳定性和熟成等性质。研究表明.溶解时用碳酸铵溶液吸收甲醛,效果良好,回收率可达74.2%。该体系溶液稳定,溶液中纤维素的临界浓度约为0.372mol/L。
This paper deals with preparation of spinining solution of Cellulose /paraforfnaldehyde / dirnethyl sulfoxide (Cell/PF/DMSO). The influence of dissolvingconditions on the substitution degree, the particle number in the solution, the rheologicalproperty and the stability of spinnig solution have been studied. The results show thatthe absorption of fonnaldehyde by ammonium carbonate solution is quite high Withthe recovery rate up to 74.2%, and that Cell/PF/DMSO solution is very stable. Thecritical conCentration of Cellulose in the solution is about 0.372 mol/L.
