人心果大、小孢子，胚及胚乳的发育和结构研究

A STUDY ON THE DEVELOPMENT AND STRUCTURES OF MAGASPORE MICROSPORE EMBRYO AND ENDOSPERM IN MANILKARA ZAPOTA(L.)VAN ROYEN

本文主要报道人心果（Ｍａｎｉｌｋａｒａｚａｐｏｔａ）大、小孢子，胚和胚乳的发育和结构。研究结果如下：１、胚囊的发育属蓼型；胚乳的发育属核型；小孢子的发育属连续型。２、胚珠倒生，具单层珠被．３、４分体的细胞发育是不同步的。４、成熟的花药约有１／４－１／３花粉粒是败育、干瘪的。

This paper deals with the devlopment and strtlctures of magaspore,microspore ,embryo andendosperm in Manilkara zapota (L.)VanRoyen. The main results are as follows :1. Thedevelopment of embryo sac belongs to the polygonum type,the development of endosperm to thenuclear type and the development of miCrospore to the successive type.2. The ovule is anatropousand with monointegument.3. The development of tetrad cells is asynchronous.4.Approximately1/4-1/3 of pollen grains are sterele and wizened in mature anther.
