粽叶芦种子萌发条件及其过程的SEM观察

摘要 粽叶芦(Thysanolaenamaxima(Roxb.)Kuntze)种子除常规的萌发条件外,播种后不盖土,利用火烧土作苗床,以及土镶pH值为7左右等条件,可提高种子的萌发率。其种子萌发率为96%。粽叶芦从幼苗阶段已显现其耐干旱的形态特点:幼叶表皮细胞的表面都披蜡质和表皮毛,且其数量随着叶龄的增加而增多;叶脉向腹面突出;气孔多密集成行;埋藏在叶脉之间,气孔稍下陷。 The experiment proves that the germination rate of Thysanolaena mexima (Roxb.)Kuntze can beincreased under the following conditions besides the common conditions of seed germination:soiluncovering after seeding;the seedbed with baked soil and PH7. The germination rate of seedsapproximates 96%. The morphological character of drought-enduring is indicated during theseedling. The surface of epidermis cells of young leaf draped by wax and epidermal hairs, theirquantities increase with leaf age. The vein protrudes to the abdomen face. Stomata bury betweentwo veins,densely arranged into lines and slightly sunk
