摘要
分析工业窑炉燃放烟尘的形成过程和往复炉设计应注意的问题,阐明往复炉作为一种较理想工业窑炉燃烧设备的特点,提出可供设计参考的往复炉频率计算公式.
In view of smoke prevention and dust control, the author recommends reciprocating ire grate as an ideal coal burner in industrial furnaces. The conclusion is based on an analysis of the formation of smoke and dust in industrial furnaces and several problems in the design of reciprocating ire grate. The characteristics of reciprocating ire grate is clarified and a formula for calculating its frequency is proposed for the reference of its designer.
