相转移催化合成α-三氯代甲基苄原醇乙酸酯 被引量:2

Synthesis of α-(Trichloro Methyl)Benzyl Acetate by Phase Transfer Catalysis

摘要 阐述在合成α-三氯代甲基苄原醇乙酸酯及其主要原料α-三氯代甲基苄原醇中,采用相转移催化的基本原理和方法.考察反应时间、原料配比和催化剂用量对α-三氯代甲基苄原醇乙酸酯的影响.在反应时间为5h,原料α-三氯代甲基苄原醇和乙酸酐的摩尔配比为1:1.2,无水醋酸钠催化剂和相转移催化剂(PTC4#)为α-三氯代甲基苄原醇摩尔数10%时,其α-三氯代甲基苄原醇乙酸酯产率为76%~80%. In synthesizing α-(Trichloro methyl)benzyl acetate and the main material-α(Trichloro methyl)benzyl alcohol,the basic principle and method of phase transfer catalysis were described.The influences of reaction time, mix ratio of raw materials,and the amount of catalyst on the yield of α-(Trichloro methyl) benzyl acetate were studied.The better reaction conditions were as follows: mix ratio(mol)of raw materials α-(Trichloro methyl) benzyl alcohol and acetic oxide, 1:1.2;reaction time,5 h.A 76%-80% weight yield ofα(Trichloro methyl) benzyl acetate was obtained when each of the phase transfer catalyst anhydrous sodium acetate and PTC 4# was in a dose of 10% α-(Trichloro methyl) benzyl alcohol mole number.The reaction mechanism was discussed as well.
