从电荷守恒定律导出一个计算基本割集矩阵元素的新公式．应用此公式可改善割集电压法．不必选取较抽象的基本割集矩阵，只需写出较直观的关联矩阵即可．

For calculating the elements of fundamental cut-set matrix,a new formula is derived from the law of conservation of charge. Application of the formula to the method of cutset voltage leads to the improvement of the method. We need only to write an easy incidence matrix instead of a fundamental cut-set matrix which is much more abstract.
