摘要
通过对炼油厂耐火材料的检测和试验研究,提出矾土集料耐火混凝土成型后养护温度的高低主要影响常温强度,对烘干强度Rh和高温后性能影响较小,且Rh/R3的比值与养护温度的关系呈“∫”形变化.研究结果对矾土集料耐火混凝土施工有实际指导意义.
By detecting and testing the refractory material from oil refinery, the author obtains the following results. The curing temperature exerts influence on its strength at ordinary temperature but very little influence on its strength after oven-drying and its performance after high temperature treatment; the relation between Rh/R3 and curing temperature shows a '∫' shaped change. These results are of practical significance to the construction of refractory alumina clinker concrete.
