A new solution known as the allocation method of element discriminant value isgiven to the problem of transport dispatching in operational research. Differing from otherones now available at home and abroad,the solution needs only one allocation to achieve anoptimal scheme and it has no need of adjustment. The solution is easy of manual operationand program execution. It proves itself to be a new breakthrough in the solution of transportdispatching.
