外阴营养不良及外阴癌的电子显微镜观察

Electron Microscope Observation on Chronic Vulvar Dystrophy and Vulvar Carcinoma

作者对９例增生型、１０例硬化型、２例混合型外阴营养不良及６例外阴癌进行了电镜观察。结果表明：６例外阴癌均由具有二种或二种以上分化特征的癌细胞组成，认为外阴癌可能起源于具有多潜能分化的鳞状上皮基底细胞。外阴癌的癌细胞间及外阴营养不良的上皮细胞间均可见淋巴细胞浸润，并对癌细胞及上皮细胞质膜有不同程度的破坏，淋巴细胞对癌细胞的破坏作用系机体的保护机理，而外阴营养不良上皮间淋巴细胞出现的意义还有待进一步研究。

Nine cases of hyperplastic type, tencases of lichen type,two cases of mixed tape of chron-ic vulvar dystrophy and six cases of vulvar carcinomawere observed under electron microscope. Six cases ofsquamous carcinoma were moderately to highly differ-entiated under microscope,but they were cells ofsquamous carcinoma,adenocarcinoma,undifferenti-ared carcinoma,squamous-mucus carcinoma, squa-mous-melanin carcinoma, squamous-adenocarcinomaunder electron microscope.All of the six cases consised of several differenti-ated characteristic carcinoma cells similar to lung can-cer, It indicated that vulvar carcinoma might originatefrom basal cells of squamous epithelia with polypoten-tial ity differentiation. Infiltrating lymphocytes wereencountered both among carcinoma cells and epithelialcells,Pseudopodia extensions of lymphocyte cell mem-branes were in contact with portions of carcinoma cell and epithelial membranes, Destroying membranes ofcarcinoma cells by lymphocytes was more serious thanthat of epithelial cells. The results of this study indi- cate that destroying carcinoma cells by lymphocytes isa part of immunity response of the body, but signifi-cance of lymphocytes present at epithelia remains to bestudied.
