国产新型强心药维司力农正性肌力作用的研究─—离体试验 被引量:5

摘要 作者报道国产新型强心药维司力农对豚鼠、兔离体乳头肌及心房收缩张力的影响,并与氨力农、米力农、毒毛旋花子甙K进行了量效关系和心脏毒性的比较。结果表明,维司力农具有明显的剂量依赖性正性肌力作用,其强度介于氨力农与米力农之间;其正性肌力作用放毒毛旋花子甙K强而心脏毒性较小。 This paper reports the studies on thepositive inotropic effect of the novel domestic car-diotonic agent,vesnarinone on isolated papillary mus-cle and atrium of guinea pigs and rabbits,and on thecomparison of the positive inotropic effect and toxicityof vesnarinone with amrinone,milrinone and stro-Kev words Vesnarinone Positive inotropic effphantbin. The result suggests that vesnarinone has anapparent dose-effect relationship on a positive inotrop-ic effect,the strength of which is between amrinoneand milrinone. The positive inotropic effect of vesnari-none is higher and the toxicity is lower than that ofstrophanthin.
