示波极谱法测定水中敌枯双

Polarographic Determination of N,N’-methylene-bis(2-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazole)in Water

报道敌枯双与亚硝酸盐和萘乙二胺的反应产物在氨性介质中的极谱行为，探讨了酸度、试剂及其用量等对极谱行为的影响，建立了用示波极谱法测定微量敌枯双的方法，其相对标准差为２．２％～８．４％，样品加标回收率为８０％～１０３％。本法灵敏、准确重现，适于地面水中微量敌枯双的测定。

The polarographic behavior of theproduct of N,N’-methylene-bis(2-amino-1,3,4-thiadi-azole)(I)with nitrite and N-(1-naphthyl)-ethylendi-amine is reported.The effects of acidity and reagentson the polarography was studied, and a polarographicmethod was established for the determination of(I).The relative standard deviation was 2. 2-8.4%,andthe recovery in the range of 80-103%,The proposedmethod was sensitive,accurate,repreducible and suit- able for the determination of microamount of (I)in water.
