无牙颌牙槽嵴的光弹应力分析 被引量:5

摘要 用三维光弹冻结切片法,对瓷及塑料两种人工牙的全口义齿,在正中、前伸和侧位三种位状态,受正中垂直向力后,牙槽嵴应力状况进行了分析。同时用自行研制的光学咬合片对全口义齿的咬合情况作了记录。结果表明,两种人工牙的全口义齿,在三种位状态下,受正中垂直向力后,牙槽嵴表面无明显应力集中;力大的区域,相应牙槽嵴的应力也大;粘骨膜的应力均化作用相当重要。同时发现,瓷质人工牙比塑料人工牙对牙槽嵴的受力状态有利。 Abstract The characteristics of stress distribution of edentulous residual ridge were analysed with three-dimensional photoelastic methed, and the occlusion of the complete denture used in the experiments were recorded with photocclusion sheet produced by ourselves in this article.The conclusion shows as following: 1. There are no evident stress concentration on the surface of edentulous residual ridge, in contric occlusion, protrusive occlusion and laterotrusive occlusion, when load is the middle and perpendicular. 2. The stress level is large in the region where the occlusion force is also large. 3. The mucoperiosteum is very useful to make the stress on the surface of edentulous residual ridge fairly well distributed. 4.The artificial teeth made of porcelain are more advantageous to residual ridge than the artificial teeth made of acrylic resin.
