小儿腭裂整复术体位探讨

A Study of the Operative Body Position in Children with Cleft Palate

小儿腭裂整复术最常见的术后并发症是术后喉水肿和术后腭瘘孔。其发生原因除与手术及麻醉技术有关外，还有一重要原因，就是手术体位，本文总结６０７例腭裂整复术体位及术后并发症，重点探讨合理选择腭裂手术体位，讨论各种不利体位对腭裂术后并发症发生的影响。

Abstract In this study 607 children with cleft palate after operation palatal fissure were investigated to determine the effect of operative body position on the occurance of complications.The authors found that both postanesthetic laryngeal edema and postoperative fistula were related to the inadequate body position during operation,By comparing the effects of differant they positions,the authors discussed the pathological mechanism of every complication and pointed out the right way to select an right operative body position.
