三磷酸腺苷肠溶性被膜颗粒剂吸光度法测量咀嚼效率的研究和临床应用

Research and Clinical Application of Masticatory Efficiency Measuring ATP(Adenosine Triphosphate)Granule of Interic Coating

用三磷酸腺苷（ＡＴＰ）肠溶性被膜颗粒剂吸光度法测定咀嚼效率。该试剂被膜密封良好，硬度适宜，粒径基本均匀，无毒安全。根据试验分析确定每次检查时ＡＴＰ试剂用量为３ｇ，咀嚼３０次为宜。本研究测定２１～４０岁１２１名正常人不同性别及年龄组咀嚼ＡＴＰ试剂的吸光度正常值。

Abstract A new technique of the measuring masticatory efficiency was proposed using ATP absorbance method in this paper.ATP granule was made of capsule and main and adjuvant materials.The granule of enteric coating has well blockade, suitable hardness,better distributed size and non-poisonous.Absorbances were easy to measure because ATP was released after mastication.This kind of methed of manipulation was simple,convenient,feasible and more precise.The normal data of absorbance in this study were regarded as parameter for further research.
