摘要
对38例复合树脂修复体磨损、碎裂后,在存留于牙上的被唾液等污染的修复体部分基底上,用光固化复合树脂粘接技术进行再粘接修复,临床观察5~24个月。结果38例中有3例粘接修复后新旧材料界面分离。在污染的基底层树脂表面进行适当处理并应用偶联剂可有效地提高填加层光固化复合树脂与污染的基底层光固化复合树脂、化学固化复合树脂、塑料的粘接强度,短期临床效果比较好。
Abstract Through 5 to 24 months clinical observation of the bonding between the new added layer of the light cured composite resin and old base layer of the light cured composite resin,chemically cured composite resin,plastics, which polluted by saliva,food and so on after abrade, fragmentation. In the 38 cases of the new restorations on the old base layer. There were 3 cases failuere along the joind face of the new and old materials.This article indicated that the top layer of the old, polluted base of light cured composite resin, chemically cured composite resin,plastics must be well treated and added the bonding agent. The result of clinical application for a sort period is satisfactory.
