头孢氨苄片与胶囊剂溶出度考察

本文用紫外分光光度法对两家药厂生产的头孢氨苄片与胶囊剂进行了体外溶出度考察。经过统计学处理的结果表明各产品有显著性差异。

This paper describes test of dissolution rate of the cephalexin tablets and cephalexin capsales with spectrophotometry The statistical results indicated that was a significant difference between them it indicates that it is necessary to make dissolution test for the cephalexin tablets to control the quality.
