SC1001钠盐治疗抑郁性神经症的双盲对照研究

A CONTROLLED DOUBLE-BLIND STUDY ON EFFECTS OF SC1001NA ON DEPRESSIVE NEUROSIS

本研究采用双盲对照法比较了ＳＣ１００１、安定和安慰剂治疗抑郁性神经症的效应。结果显示，ＳＣ１００１和安定虽然对抑郁性神经症无明显效果，但可以减轻病人的头昏、头痛、难入睡、易惊醒和多梦及早醒；提示ＳＣ１００１象安定一样，可用于治疗神经衰弱。

A controlled double-blind study was conducted in which the effects of Sc1001Na iazepam and placebo on depressive neurosis were compared. The results showed that the patients with depressive neurosis did not significantly respond to Sc1001Na as well as diazepam.but dizzy,headache and sleep disorder of the patients with depressive neurosis were significantly alleviated,Adverse effect did not observed in the three groups. The results indicted that patients with neurathenia should respond to Sc1001Na as well as diazepam.
