丙戊酸在动物体内血及脑脊液中药代动力学的比较研究

PHARMACOKINETIC COMPARISON STUDY OF VALPROIC ACID IN PLASMA AND CEREBROSPINAL FLUID IN ANIMALS AFTER SINGLE DOSE ORAL

本试验用丙戊酸单剂量４０ｍｇ／ｋｇ顿服，研究了８只狗血和脑脊液中的药代动力学过程。药－时曲线表明符合二室模型，经计算机ＰＫＢＰ－Ｎ１程序包处理计算出各药代动力学参数值。

The pharmacokinetics study of valproic acid in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid in dogs was performed after single dose oral adminstration.The plasma concetration-time curve showed the experiment according with two compartment nodel.The results indicated Tmax Was shorter(P<0.01),was longer(p<0.01).clearnce rate was smaller(p<0.01) and absorption rate constanttended to be laegcr in plasma than that in cerebrospinal fluid.There was no staticstically significant difference between concetration of val proate in gray and white matter(p>0.1)
