摘要
利用细胞培养和光、电镜技术及体视学方法,研究了人舌鳞癌Tca8113细胞在含不同浓度纤连蛋白(FN)和/或FN抗血清的鼠尾胶原基质上细胞铺展面积和片状胞质面积的变化,并观察了细胞表面形态尤其是丝状伪足的改变。结果发现FN能够改善Tca8113细胞在胶原基质上的铺展状况。随着基质中FN含量的提高,细胞形态变扁,发出的丝状伪足增多,细胞向基质中陷入的程度加大,提示FN可能与肿瘤浸润过程中的某些环节密切相关.
Morphometric changes in cell spread-ing area and morphological alternation
in cell surfaceof human tongue squamoos cancer line Tca8113 on rat-tail collagen substrata
supplemented with differentconcentration of FN and/or anti-FN serum were quan-tirled and
observed w1th cell culture technique as well38 light and scanning electron microscopes. It
wasfound that FN could increase the cell spreading areaand also area of lamellar cytoplasm of
Tca8113 cells on collagen substrata, and that cells grown on FN-colla-gen substrata tended to
flattenout, stretch out morefilopodia,and sink more deeply into the substrata withthe FN
concentration。The results indicated that FNmight relate closely to certain stages in the
process oftumof invasion .
