核形态定量在中度分化大肠腺癌异质性分析中的价值

The Value of Nuclear Morphometry in Analysing Heterogeneity of Grade-Ⅱ Colorectal Adenocarcinomas

应用图象分析仪对３９例中度分化大肠腺癌、１７例高度分化大肠腺癌和８例低度分化大肠腺癌进行了核形态定量对比分析。结果表明中度分化大肠腺癌是一群异质性肿瘤，可根据细胞核大小再进一步分成亚组，这样能更准确反映中度分化大肠腺癌的生物学行为。

A nuclear morphometric analysis wasperformed on the histologic sections of 39 grade-Ⅱ,17 grade-Ⅰand 8 grade-Ⅲ colorectal adenocarcino-mas。The parameters selected were nuclear area,nu-clear perimeter,nuclear volume and standard deviationof nuclear area。The results showed that grad-Ⅱ col-orectal adenocarciomas were a group of heterogeneoustumours and they could be divided into Various sub-groups by nuclearmorphometry so that their biologicalbehaviour could be better reflected。
