围手术期患者营养状况改变的初步观察

摘要 为了准确了解和掌握围手术期病人营养状况的改变,寻求合理的营养支持或治疗的对策。本本文采用了目前公认的八项营养评估指标,对122例普外病人术前术后的营养状况作了调查。结果发现,围手术期病人营养状况改变十分突出,应引起临床上的足够重视,加强这一时期的营养支持或治疗是十分必要的。 With the purpose to evaluate and manage the changes of the nutritional Status in perioperetive patients and to find out the reasonable countermeasure of the nutritional support or treatment, we adopted the eight widely recognized nutritioal parameters to dy122 surgical patients befor and after opration. The results gave the impression that the stunuteitional status of the perioperative patients had very significant changes, so that it required due emphasis clinically.It was absolntely necessary to strengthen the nutrtional support or appropriate treatment in the perioperative period.
