喉癌Arslan氏术92例远期疗效分析

Analysis of Iong-term Results of 92 Cases of Laryngeal Carcinomas After Arslan's Operation

本文报导１９７９年９月至１９８６年１１月我院喉全切除Ａｒｓｌａｎ氏喉重建术９２例３年以上远期疗效。按寿命表法计算，３，５年生存率为８２．６５％和７５．０１％。术后全部可经口进食。４７例拔除了气管套管。拔管率为５１．０９％。本术式疗效良好，无严重术后并发症，可供临床参考。

Surgery has been the main method for the treatment of advanced laryngeal carcinoma.From Sep. 1979 to Nov. 1986,92 cases had been treated by laryngectomy and Arslan' s operation with a long-term follow-up of more than 3 years. The results show that the survival rate was 82. 05% for three years and 75.01% for five years calculated according the table method. All of the patients had restored physiological functions and speech ability functionally. The decannulated rate (47/92) was 67. 09%. With this modified Arslan' s operation, the results were satisfactory without major complications.
