摘要
作者在轻、中度急性有机磷农药中毒抢救中，采用随机对照法，对苯克磷与阿托品加解磷定进行了比较，结果提示前者不仅疗效可靠而且在起效速度、恢复所需时间、工作量以及副反应等方面均优于后者。
In the treatment of the patients with acute slight and middle organophosphorus toxicosis, the effects of Benkelin and Pyraloximi Methiodidum, Atropine were random compared. The results revealed that Benkelin was better than Pyraloximi Methiodidum and Atropine in effective velocity, recovery requred time, payable work and adverse effect. Certain therapeutical effect of Benkelin was certified.
