先心病心内直视术后心律失常的观察和处理

Observation and Management of Arrhythmia following Openheart Operation of Congenital Heart Disease

本文介绍了我院１１９４例先心病直视术后心律失常的发生情况，探讨了发生率和发生类型、影响因素。发生率为３３．１７％，类型以室上性心律失常为多。影响因素与心功能状态、心肌肥厚劳损、血清钾浓度等有关。提出了预防与治疗原则。

An observation on arrhythmia of 1194 cases of congenital heart dissase. The incidence, types of orrhythmia and the influencing factors were investigated. The result showed that he arrhythmia occurred in 396 of the 1194 cases. The supraventricular arrhythmia was the most common type. The influencing factors included the thectional status of the heart, the hypertrophy and muscular strain of heart, and the serum potassium concentration. The prevention and mangmeat were discussed.
