摘要
利用具有不同槽形参数和几何设计特点的四种新型可转位硬质合金刀片(CNMG120408-QM,CNMG120408,DNMG150608-15,SNMG120408-V1)进行了45号钢和奥氏体不锈钢ICrl8Ni9Ti的切屑处理对比研究。考察了难加工材料力学性能对切屑厚度、切屑卷曲和切屑折断的影响.分析了加工ICr18Ni9Ti时能实现有效切屑处理的适宜的刀具几何参数和断屑槽型。
Four kinds of new indexable inserts with different groove parameters and geometric de-sign features are used to study the chip disposal of 45 middle carbon steel and ICr18Ni9Ti。The resuIts show that under given cutting conditions,especially near the dividing line be-tween chip breaking and not breaking,the mechanical properties of materials exert a remark-able influence on the chip form。Different materials give different chip curls and a specificcurl will further influence chip breaking.A measurement of the chip deformation coefficientshows that the coefficient of inserts of a complicated groove design is smaller than that of asimple groove design,A good groove design should be one using a fairly large rake angle,aline-arc profile and a largest possible included angle。
