WR浓淡分离燃烧器波纹扩流锥的选型

摘要 利用3D-PDA测量了CE-WR浓淡分离燃烧器波纹形扩流锥后的回流区长度、湍流结构、粒子浓度分布等参数,在控制扩流锥底边宽度(即锥角)、扩流锥斜面波形及波间距、扩流锥在一次风喷口位置三因素条件下用方差分析方法得出了较佳的扩流锥结构及位置形式。 By orthogonal design tests and using 3D-PDA,the recirculating flow zone,the turbu-lence formation and the concentration distribution behind the corrugated bluff-body in the WR burner imported from CE Co., USA and installed in a boiler of 300 MW generating set in Hanchuan Power Station have been measured. With a different width of the bluff-body,a different corrugation profile and its pitch and a different position of the bluff-body in the pri-mary air nozzle, the flow field and the concentration field of particles behind the corrugated bluff-body have been obtained by a variance analysis, With the results obtained, better pa-rameters for the bluff-body configuration and its position can be determined.
