摘要
针对交流永磁同步电机伺服系统在高速进给时位置跟随误差较大这个问题,分析了一种新型位置前馈方案,给出了位置控制器的模型和软件伺服实现方法.实验证明,该方案具有高精度控制的特点,可在保证系统稳定性的基础上,明显提高位置控制精度.
In order to deal with large position tracking errors of the PMSM servo system duringhigh speed feeding,a new position feed-forward control scheme is proposed.The model forposition controller and the strategy of realizing the servo operation with software are de-scribed.It is proved by experiment that high precision control can be achieved without af-fecting system stability.
