摘要
建立了起吊载荷和轴向压力作用下中长正置正交化铣网格加劲圆筒壳结构优化设计的数学模型,采用约束变尺度法进行了优化计算,讨论了加劲效率系数ψ及环向肋条与纵向肋条间距之比λ对优化结果的影响,得到若干有实用价值的结论。选取结构重量、加工成本、网格划分合理性等作为评价设计方案优劣的指标,采用模糊综合评判方法,对设计方案进行了综合评估。
A mathematical model for the optimum design of a moderately long chemically-etchedand net-shaped cylindrical shell stiffened with longitudinal and circumferential ribs for opera-tion under the action of both axial pressure and lifting load is developed.The ConstrainedVariable Metric Method is used to obtain optimum solutions。The effect of stiffened efficien-cy coefficient(ψ) and the ratio(λ)of ring-stiffened rib pitch to longitudinally stiffened ribpitch on optimization are discussed.Some useful conclusions are formed.The designschemes are to be assessed by the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method with the struc-tural weight, processing cost and arrangement rationality of net-shaped structure as indices。
