A Correlation Tracking Algorithm for a Target on the Ground

提出了一种用多子模板对目标进行相关跟踪的方法，该方法建立了综合多子模板相关结果、目标跟踪判断及自适应刷新模板等准则，较好地解决了相关跟踪中如何判断目标锁定、部分遮挡、相似目标出现及模板的刷新等问题。

This paper presents a tracking method using correlation algorithms for a target on theground.With this mothod,the target template is divided into several sub-templates,Somecriteria have been developed to fuse the multiple sub-template outputs,to decide by votingwhen the target is out of lock,and to update the template adaptively.It is shown that themethod proposed is better than other correlation tracking methods,with which problemsconcerning the criterion for a target out of lock,the tracking of a partially-occluded target,the appearance of a similar target in the field arid the template adaptive updating are difficultto solve;
