On the Organizational Management of Enterprises in Concurrent Engineering

从管理科学角度，论述了并行工程的基本原理，分析了传统组织管理模式在市场竞争中的不利因素，提出了一个面向并行工程的组织管理模式框架，并就其结构、机制、方法以及支撑环境进行了探讨。

While most of reported concurrent engineering(CE) researches focus on the engineeringdesign or fabrication execution of physical products,very few of them give attention to theorganizational management which is a vital factor in achieving the expected potential benefitsfrom the application of high technology in an enterprise. The concept of CE is expounded andthe unfavorable factors of the conventional organizational management mode in market com-petition are examined from the point of view of management science。A framework of organi-zational management of enterprises in CE is presented.The edganization structure,operatingmechanism,specific methods and support environment of the framework are discussed。
