摘要
着重研究了ZDR盘控制软件中扇区SPLIT关键技术的实现,提出了SPLIT算法,已在嵌入伺服中的CP3044上模拟实现。
As the recording density can not be infinitely increased,the ZDR (Zone-bit-Recording)technology is the key to the improvement of the recording capacity of a Winchester drive.The implementation of ZDR depends on the variation of the frequency or angular velocity andthe method of varying the frequency is even more convenient and stable. To implement ZDRin a constant angular velocity drive,the data sector should be separated by the embeddedservo data. A split algorithm for implementing this control technology is discussed.Thesplit algorithm can be processed in the recording track format on the recording surface, withthe ZDR information inserted in the servo sector ID field,or the ID field method.In anothermethod,the microcontroller loading method,a complicated disk microcontroller is used toprocess ZDR data through its internal FIFO stack.There is a design in which a ZDR counteris used to process ZDR data. This is called the ECC freezing method.A track format usingthe split algorithm is presented.A simulating system with a CP 3044 drive successfully con-nected to the host is discussed.
