To achieve intelligent computer-aided management and decision making, proper meth-ods should be used to represent and acquire expert.knowledge in enterprise management. The knowledge incompleteness of enterprise management experts is analyzed and suitableneural network for the representation and acquisition of expert knowledge,computer simula-tion and the combination of neural network with simulation are discussed.
