摘要
利用基于特征信息建模生成零件的设计模型,通过加工特征自动提取和制造决策知识规纳,运用知识Petri网建模,开发了板材折弯计算机辅助工艺规划系统。该系统根据输入的零件图形自动生成折弯工序,并在计算机上进行仿真,成为CAD和CAM之间联系的纽带。
A design model for parts generation using feature-based information moddlling has beenworked out.By means of the automatic extraction of the processing features and the sum-ming up of manufacturing decision knowledge,a cornputer-aided process planning system forsheet metal bending with the Petri net for modelling has been developed.As a link betweenCAD and CAM,this system can automatically generate bending procedures according to theinput parts drawings and carry out computer simulation.
