烟酸诺氟沙星对鸡的急性毒性研究

STUDY ON THE ACUTE TOXICITY OF NORFLOXACIN NICOTINATE IN CHICKEN

烟酸诺氟沙星（Ｎｏｒｆｉｏｘａｃｉｎｎｉｃｏｔｉｎａｔｅ）对ＡＡ鸡的急性毒性研究：用５周龄健康ＡＡ鸡７０只，随机分为７组，剂量范围０～８０００ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１，等容量经嗉襄接毒。结果表明：烟酸诺氟沙星对鸡急性经口ＬＤ５０为３４５８ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１，属低毒级药物。鸡急性中毒症状主要为流涎、腹泻及神经症状。主要病理学变化为脑膜充血、水肿，食道、嗉囊及十二指肠粘膜坏死和炎症，心、肝、肾等脏器实质细胞变性及坏死。

AA,5 week-old healthy chickes were randomly allocated into 7 groups(including a group for control).In the test groups,each chicken was administered per crop with 0￣8000 mg·kg-1 body wt.The results showed that the lethal dose(LD50)of Norfloxacin nicotinate in chicken was 3458 mg·kg-1 body wt.The with broilers poisoning exhibited salivation,diarrhea and nervoussymptom.Histopathological changes were hyperemia and edema of meninges,necrosis and inflamation of mucous menbrane of esophagus,crop and duodenum,and degeneration and necrosis of the parenchymal cells of heart,liver and kidney.
