摘要
武汉地区乳牛由饲料、饮水、空气三个氟来源的日摄氟总量,冬季为427.18mg/头(相当于0.72mg/kg·体重);夏季为620.83mg/头(相当于1.05mg/kg·体重)。组成日摄氟总量所占比重顺序是饲料>饮水>空气,空气是极次要的途径,可以忽略不计。乳牛由尿、粪、乳三个排氟途径排氟总量,冬季为295.33mg/头(相当于0.50mg/kg·体重);夏季为385.71mg/头(相当于0.65mg/kg·体重)。乳牛体内氟的日保留量,冬季为131.85mg/头(相当于0.22mg/kg·体重);夏季为235.12mg/头(相当于0.40mg/kg·体重)。乳牛对饲料氟的吸收率,冬季为54.93%,夏季为70.67%。
The total amount of daily fluorine intake from feed,drinking water,air for dairy cattle per day was 427.18mmg(equal to 0.72 mg F/kg·body weitht)in winter and 620.83 mg(equal to 1.05 mg F/kg·body weight in summer.The natio of component in daily total fluorine amount intake was by order of feed, water and air.The daily fluorine intake from air was so little that it can be neglected.The total amount of daily exerected fluorine for dairy cattle in urine.,Feces and milk was 295.33 mg(equal to 0.50mg F/kg·body wt.)in winter and 385.71 mg(equal to 0.65 mg F/ kg·body wt.)in summer. The retained daily fluorine amount in dairy cattle was 131.85 mg (equal to 0.22 mg F/kg·body wt.)in winter and 235.12 131.86 mg(equal to 0.40 mg F/kg·body wt.)in summer.The absorbed rate of feed fluorine in winter and in summer was 54. 93% and 70.67% respectively.
