不同品种绵羊羊毛颜色的差异及剪毛时机对毛色的影响 被引量:1

THE DIFFERENCE IN THE COLOUR OF WOOL BETWEEN DIFFERENT SHEEP BREEDS AND THE EFFECT OF CLIPPING TIME

摘要 选用中国美利奴(简称中美)羊、襄北细毛羊(简称襄羊)及中美与襄羊的杂交一代羊(简称F1羊),于4月下旬和5月下旬两次剪毛,测试净毛颜色及其相关性状。结果表明:中美的净毛颜色显著地强于襄羊及F1羊,后二者间差异不显著,这与主观评定三者污毛颜色的结果是不一致的;5月份毛样与4月份的对照样相比,中美和F1的羊毛亮度下降(P>0.05)、黄度上升(P<0.01)。羊毛湿度及羊毛的油汗品质是影响净毛颜色的重要原因。当温度升高、雨量增大时,羊毛汗含量增加、pH值上升,促进了微生物的活动,易引起羊毛变黄;毛色:F1羊与襄羊差异不显著,除含中美血液尚低外,毛汗pH值和腐毛发生率明显高于襄羊;根据本试验结果,襄阳地区的剪毛时间提前到4月中旬,可以减轻羊毛变黄。 China merino(C.M.),xiangbei fine wool sheep(X.F.)and their crossbred(F1)ewes were used in this research.Colour of scoured wool and yolk characters related to it of corresponding samples,which were clipped first on 23 April and second on 25 May,were measured respectivly.The results showed:1.the colour of wool in C.M.was better than that in X.F.and F1,and no significant difference between X.F.and F1 in this character was found;2.Is comparison of the first G.samples with the second,the wool brightness decreased(P>0.05)and yellowness increased(P<0.01)in C.M.and X.F..It was suggested that moisture of staple and yolk quality D.of fleece were improtant causes to wool yellowness.When temperature and rain increased,suint content incroased also,so did suint pH. And these would easily cause the wool yellowness.So that,the shearing time should perform ahead at mid April in order to lessen the wool yellowness in Hubei.Tristimulis value and yellowness index were studied also in this paper.
