黑木耳多糖抗肿瘤作用的实验研究 被引量:31

摘要 用18~20g的昆明系小白鼠研究水溶性、碱溶性及碱不溶性三种黑木耳多糖对移植性肉瘤-180的抗肿瘤活性。水溶性和碱溶性黑木耳多糖按50mg/kg和200mg/kg分别分为两个剂量组及一个对照组,每组实验动物数为10只;碱不溶性黑木耳多糖按10mg/kg和30mg/kg分为两个剂量组及一个对照组,每组实验动物6只。每天经腹腔注射一次,连续10天,停药一周后检查肿瘤抑制率。结果表明:水溶性黑木耳多糖注射剂量50mg/kg和200mg/kg对肉瘤-180的抑制率分别为44%和89%。碱溶性黑木耳多糖注射剂量200mg/kg对肉瘤-180的抑制率为31%。碱溶性黑木耳多糖注射剂量50mg/kg及碱不溶性黑木耳多糖注射剂量分别为10mg/kg、30mg/kg对肉瘤-180均无明显抑制作用。 The tumor-inhibitory activities of polysaccharides from Auricularia auricula were compared by successive, intraperitoneal administration of each kind of polysaccharide for 10 days, starting 24h after subcutaneous implantation of sarcoma 180 cells in kunming strain mice.The mice were divided randomly into test and control groups(every group with 6~10 mice). One week after ceasing administration, tumor inhibition ratios were examined.The results exhibited that the water-soluble polysac charide at the dosage of 50 and 200 mg/kg body wt per day showed significantly inhibitory effect(P<0. 01), and the tumor-inhibition ratios were 44%and 89%respectively.The alkali-soluble polysaccharide at a dosage of 200 mg/kg body wt per day showed significantly inhibitory effect (P<0. 05), with a tumor-inhibition ratio of 31%.The alkali-soluble polysaccharide at a dosage of 50 mg/kg per day and the alkali-insoluble polysaccharide at a dosage of 10~30 mg/kg body wt per day showed essentially no inhibitory effect(P>0.05).
