摘要
从非巴贝斯虫病流行地区以临床检查健康,免疫学检查无巴贝斯虫感染的黄牛,分离血清和红细胞,分别与健康水牛红细胞和血清以不同的组合方式混合,采用改进的微气静相培养技术体外培养水牛牛巴贝斯虫,结果表明:黄牛红细胞不能作为寄生于水牛体内的牛巴贝斯虫体外培养的支持细胞,黄牛血清支持牛巴贝斯虫生长的能力明显低于水牛血清。这一发现对研究寄生于水牛体内的牛巴贝斯虫的生物学特性及牛巴贝斯虫病的免疫均具有重要意义。
The blood of two healthy cattle which were negative to the serological examination for Babesiasis were collected by jagular venipuncture and defibernated with glass beads.Then the erythrocytes and serum of cattle were mixed with the erythrocytes and serum of buffalo in different proportions.Their mixture were cultivated by improved microaerophilus stationary phase technique in vitro for B.bovis from buffalo.The results show that the erythrocytes of cattle can not be used for cultivation of B.bovis from buffalo,and the ability of growth in supporting this organism using serum of cattle is markedly lower than that of buffalo serum.These findings would be interesting in the studies of biological characteristics and babesiosis immunity of B.bovis from buffalo.
