摘要
本研究对矮败小麦育性、株高和芽鞘长三性状相互间的遗传关系进行了分析。进一步证实了太谷核不育基因(Ms2)与矮秆基因(Rht10)紧密连锁;同时发现矮败小麦的短芽鞘与矮杆性紧密相关,其短芽鞘特性可作为太谷核不育基因的早期形态标记。通过短芽鞘区分可育株与不育株的准确率因组合而异,平均为88.2%。用20mg·kg-1GA3而浸种处理可明显促进可育株芽鞘伸长,但对不育株芽鞘伸长作用不明显,从而加大可育株与不育株的差异。用GA3处理后,通过芽鞘长短区分可育株与不育株的准确率提高到96.4%。
The relationship between fertility ,plant height and coleoptile length in dwarf male sterile wheat(Rht_(10)-Ms_2)was studied. The close linkage between Taigu genic male sterile gene (Ms2) and the dwarf gene (Rht_(10)) was reaffirmed, and the multifunction of Rht_(10) was found in controlling the short culm and the short coleoptile. The short coleoptile of dwarf male sterile wheat can be used as the morphological marker in the early selection for Ms_2. The accuracy in distinguishing fertile and sterile seedlings varied according to crosses, the average being 88.2%. Immersing seeds with 20mg·kg ̄(-1) GA_3 significantly increased the coleoptile lenth of fertile plants, but had little effect on that of sterile plants, thus amplifying the difference between fertils seedlings and sterils ones. As a result, the average feasibility in distinguishing fertile and sterile seedlings can be increased up to 96.4%with the application of GA_3 in immersing seeds.
