马桑菌株细胞化学组分研究 被引量:4

STUDIES ON CELL WALL CHEMICAL COMPOSITION OF CORIARIA NEPALENSIS STRAINS

摘要 采用薄层层析法(TLC)和氨基酸自动分析仪检测了20株马桑菌株的胞壁组分和全细胞糖型。结果表明,在所有菌株的细胞壁中都含有meso-DAP和甘氨酸。根据胞壁氨基酸的分子比,大多数菌株与胞壁Ⅱ型的参比菌株相似,少数菌株则与Ⅲ型参比菌株相似。全细胞水解物中的鉴别性糖,有的只含1种糖(半乳糖或木糖);有的含2种(半乳糖和木糖);有的含3种(半乳糖、马杜拉糖和木糖或半乳糖、阿拉伯糖和木糖);有的含有4种(半乳糖、阿拉伯糖、马杜拉糖和木糖)。这些组合可以将20株马桑菌株分为6个糖型,但绝大多数都不能归入到Lechevalier等所建立的4个糖型中。有些组合在已知的弗兰克氏菌中未曾报导过。 The cell wall amino acids and whole cell sugar patterns(WCSPs) of 20 Coriaria strains isolated from nodules of Coriaria nepalensis wall, were conducted by thin layer chromotography (TLC) and amino acid analyzer. The results indicate that the meso-DAP(meso-diaminopimelic acid) and glycine present in both cell wall and whole cell hydrolysates of all 20 strains assayed. However, based on the molar ratios of cell wall amino acids obtained by an amino acid analyzer, the cell wall types of most and a few strains are very similiar to those of type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ reference strains, respectively. The whole cell wall sugar patterns of strains tested are very diverse. Some contain only one diagnostic sugar i.e. galactose or xylose; some contain xylose and galactose. Some strains contain xylose, galactose and madurose or xylose, galactose and arabinose; and one contains four diagnostic sugars such as xylose, galactose, madurose and arabinose. Thus the 20 starins are grouped into six WCSPs, and most of which are difficult to he included in the known classical four WCSPs established by Lechevalier et al two decades ago, Some of the patterns pesented are reported in Frankia isolates the first time.
